CDS completed interior design, planning, project management and corporate communications for The Ledges,
a $38 million residential project with 339 luxury units and a well appointed clubhouse offering a great room, bar and lounge, executive business center, fitness center, locker rooms and outdoor pool. This project consisted of 14 buildings set on a 27 acre site.

Working with the project architect and in-house planning committee, CDS completed interior design, planning and project management for the $3 million renovation of the 7th floor of the New York Athletic Club in New York City.
Our team completed a re-stack of the building and demolished 7th floor hotel rooms dating back to the 1920's. Boxing and Aerobics were relocated to the 7th floor south side and the Athletics Office and Judo to the north side. In the central area, Squash facilities were expanded and new reception desk, pro shop and lounge areas were added.
